FortuneX provides users with access to digital investment plans that offer fixed daily returns over specified cycles. All plans are subject to the rules and limits displayed on the Platform at the time of investment.

3. User Responsibilities

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Risk Acknowledgement

5. Payments & Withdrawals

Investments are made in cryptocurrency or other supported payment methods.
Withdrawal requests are processed according to the timelines and fees published on the Platform.
Withdrawals are paid within 24 hours of being requested and can be done after plan maturity.
The Company reserves the right to impose limits or delays to maintain system stability.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.
Interfere with or disrupt the security of the Platform.
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or misuse any part of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FortuneX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the Platform or its users.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
